TBL is awarded Investors In People Recognition by Minister for Small Business

The award was formally presented to Teresa Crampin, Our Administration Manager, by the Minister for Small Business, Nigel Griffiths MP, at a presentation held at Nottinghamshire Business Venture on 5 December 2002. 

The award recognises the vitally important commitment TBL has to all its employees in their continuous training and development within the company, and is central to helping our Operatives become more customer focused to meet our customer needs – which means you all reap the benefits!
