TBL adopt CRBs across the workforce

TBL have now obtained CRB (Criminal Record Bureau) checks on all employees.  With an initial requirement by Nottingham City Homes for operatives attending their properties, a longer-term view was adopted to ‘check’ all employees across the board.  This will further enhance working with local councils, Nottingham County Council, HM Prison Service, and Housing Associations the like of Metropolitan/Spirita.

Several of the team, like myself, have undertaken an ‘Enhanced Disclosure’ where visits and works are required in schools, nurseries and care homes.
